During holidays and Wurstfest, we require a minimum stay of 3 nights with an additional $10 charge per night (non-refundable).

We also offer discounts on our camping rate information for Good Sam, Taco, Military (active and retired), Police, and Firefighters for all our daily rates. Additionally, we accept Passport America (PA) based on availability of selected sites. PA discounts are available year-round from Monday to Thursday on daily rates only. Please note that PA rates do not apply to riverfront sites and are not valid during holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, or during Wurstfest.

Cancellation Policy:

A deposit of 50% of your stay is required when booking your reservation. If you need to cancel prior to 72 hours of the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 72 hours from the arrival date, the full deposit will be charged.

When booking your site online or by phone, you have the option to lock your site location for a $20 charge. Unlocked sites may change at management's discretion. A confirmation email will be sent should that occur.

Check-in is at 1 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM at River Ranch Texas RV Resort. We offer daily and weekly reservations on our website or by phone, along with monthly rates for long-term stays. Please note that no discounts apply for holidays, weekly, or monthly rates. Our RV camping rates are based on 2 guests, with a $5 per night charge for each additional adult and for children aged 10 and over. The maximum capacity is 6 people per RV.

Vehicles

All RVs must be in good condition. If your RV is older than 10 years, please call in advance for approval and additional information. We have over 30 sites available for big rigs! All vehicles parked at an RV site must be off the road and grass, and there is extra parking available at the Park Office.

Pet Policy

Friendly, non-aggressive pets are welcome at River Ranch RV Resort. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted per site, and our pet policy is strictly enforced. We provide an onsite dog park and supplies like poop bags and bins. When outside the RV, except in the dog park, pets must be on a leash no longer than 8 feet and should not be left unattended. Please be considerate of your neighbors by cleaning up after your pets and keeping barking to a minimum. Unfortunately, aggressive dogs are not permitted at the resort.
